Processing Management 

  • Processing management (the transformation of input coffee through a number of steps) with flexible and detailed instructions nailing down each component, mapping your coffee processing, as detailed as needed. Multiple processing methods can be implemented: manual or machine-based. Processing results are categorized and fully accounted for in sufficient detail. Customizing to capture changing result patterns is easy.
  • Roasting is another instance of processing, transforming green bean coffee to a processed one with some characteristics to be captured from the processing such as target levels (light, medium, or dark, etc.), roasting temperature and time, first/second crack time, and temperature. Post-roasting activities such as cooling, sorting, grinding, can all be captured with their input/output and defining characteristics.
  • Post-processing coffees are packaged and further bundled if necessary.
