• Software defects, once reported to us, will be investigated, and a timeline to address will be provided on a case-by-case basis, and common such issues are resolved within 5 business days.
• Our delivery consists of data onboarding, configuration, and training of all designated staff members.
• We deliver coefex within 2 weeks except for training.
• The above delivery time counts from the latest date of:
  • Receiving data if data onboarding is required.
  • Your designated staff to be trained is announced and made available for training.

• Daily backup secures your data as we take backups to an off-site cloud storage, meaning in case of any very rare possibility of operational or technical faults, we are able to recover your data.
