• We provide +30 documents right out of the box to be generated at various stages (contract, preshipment, postshipment).
• Existing documents can be customized.
• New ones can be added.
• Documents are typically generated as PDFs but can also be provided in Microsoft Word™ for further refining as per specific contracts/LCs.

Workflow Management

• Officer and manager roles are segregated.
• Reminder of important events such as LC/permit/latest shipment date expiry.
• General manager/CEO/owner would have their own read-only access with the ability to get an overview of export statuses spread across as many stages as needed, with a typical +30 stages and +10 categories classifying the stages. All stages are customizable.
• Trail of all changes in documents, including a timestamp, provides full accountability of any changes made.
